Welcome to Thrive! My name is Dianne Tag-Alvarez and I am so grateful to be a part of the Thrive community! I graduated from Pepperdine University and hold a Master of Arts degree in Education. In addition, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from CSUN. I have over 25 years of teaching experience in different types of programs. I have taught kindergarten, first grade, third grade, high school and college courses as well as online programs in China. My most recent position was a Lead Teacher at Horizon Prep for 12 years.
I am blessed with two wonderful kids Madison Tag (19 years), and August Tag (17 years). My daughter is a graduate of Horizon Prep and now in college to pursue a career in Film. My son is in 11th grade and very active in sports at Horizon Prep. I also have two very talented stepsons, Cory and Jake who work for my husband Randy at The Wellness Hour. My husband and I love to travel and recently enjoyed our summer trips exploring Hawaii, Spain and France.
